Shifting light, Shifting seasons. Shifting times. Life.

Our seasonal, environmental, and political times are calling us to attune to the earth’s cycles, to each other, and to ourselves.

But the patterns of our climate are changing before our very eyes, along with the intensity of its cycles. The political climate brings us to a new moment as well, one of both hope and uncertainty. And then there’s COVID.

Change. Loss. Hope. Much to consider. And much to cherish, including our own spirits.

We can nourish our spirits together

In this 8-session series, we’ll start by dedicating the holy Hanukkah lights, while honoring the sacred darkness.

We’ll explore together – in body, mind, and spirit – using kabbalistic imagery, Torah wisdom, the turning of the seasons, and the wisdom of our own hearts and lives.

We’ll punctuate our spiritual journey with Tu B’shevat , the new year of trees! We’ll acknowledge the new life that continues to germinate, and bear fruit, in the life-giving soil of our spirits.
