Germination: Honoring Our Ancestral Seeds of Wisdom
Register
Join me and my wonderful friends — event host and End of Life Doula Oceana Sawyer and violinist-doula Mindy Anderson — for this ancestral exploration informed by music, poetry, and reflection.
Guided by a shared story from the facilitators around ancestral healing, we’ll move gently through a profound exploration of the seeds we’ve planted this year, and the seeds that lay germinating now as we move into and through this sacred time of darkness.

Attuning to the seasons, nourishing our spirits
An exploration from Hanukkah to Tu B’Shevat
Register for class
Our seasonal, environmental, and political times are calling us to attune to the earth’s cycles, to each other, and to ourselves.

Change. Loss. Hope. Much to consider. And much to cherish, including our own spirits.
